Ingredients:
Dough:
- 25 dag of butter
- 35 dag of white flour
- 5 dag of brown sugar
- 5 dag of vanilla sugar
- 1 egg
- 10 dag of melt nuts
Dressing:
- 250 g of chocolate
- 2 large spoons of butter
- 6 large spoons of milk
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients for dough together into a smooth mass.
- Form the mass into a small croissants
- Bake 20 minutes at 200 º C
- Break chocolate into small chunks add butter and milk into a container. Heat the mass until all the chocolate is malted
- Dip tips of croissants to chocolate and wait for chocolate to harden.
Sweet cookies without eggs and with a nice, sweet essence of Lavender.
Ingredients
- 340g of butter
- 100g of white sugar
- 20g of vanilla sugar
- 20g of honey
- 15g of finely chopped lavender leaves
- 3g of finely chopped mint leaves
- ½ grated lemon peel
- 310g of white flour
- 65g of starch
- 2g of salt
Directions
- Creamily mix together butter sugar and honey, so that you get foamy mass.
- Add lavender, mint and grated lemon peel.
- Mix together flour, starch and salt and add it all to butter mass.
- Put dough into a refrigerator for at least one hour.
- Roll out dough into a floured board and extend it to ½ cm thick.
- Use the scale model and cut out cookies.
- Add cookies into a baking tin, clad with paper for batch.
- Bake it for 15-20 minutes at 165ºC

- ¾ baking powder
- 2 eggs
- ½ grated lemon peel
- 20 dags of butter
- 1 tablespoon of sour cream
- 18 dags of white sugar
- 12 dags of coconut flour
Directions:
- Put Eggs, sugar and margarine mix into a foamy mixture.
- Add flour, baking powder, lemon peel, sour cream and coconut flour and gently mix.
- From the mixture design small loaves.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes at 180 º C.

Ingredients:
- 200 g of white flour
- 100 g of ground hazelnuts
- 200 g of white sugar
- 50 g vanilla sugar
- 1 small spoon of cinnamon powder
- 300 g of butter
- 5 large spoons of milk
- 3 spoons of orange juice
- ½ grated orange peel
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients together into a dough.
- Place dough in the refrigerator and leave it to rest for 30 minutes.
- Place the baking paper in the baking tray and then the dough, which you roll out.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 200 º C.
- When the dough is baked, wait for it to cool. Then break it into random pieces.
