Chocolate muffin with apple

Muffin delicious and juicy, perfect for any party

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of flour1100426_chocolate_muffin_2
  • ½ cub of white granulated sugar
  • 1 baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 big egg
  • 70g of butter
  • 1 big cub natural orange juice with 1 dcl water
  • 125g black chocolate
  • 1 big apple
  • 5 dry dates
  • 1 small spoon of cinnamon
  • 2 big spoons of coconut flour

Directions:

  1. In one dish mix together white flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
  2. In another dish give together mixed egg, melted butter and fresh orange juice and after that mix together all ingredients in one dish including grate chocolate and apple,cinnamon, coconut flour and in small pieces cut dates.
  3. Cast mixture into a baking tin for muffins and bake it 15 minutes at 225 C

Coconut muffins with yogurt

Delicious

Ingredients:

  • 65g of butter
  • 120g of brown sugar
  • 5g of vanilla sugar
  • 125g of cherry yogurt
  • Juice of 1 orange
  • ½ orange peel
  • 15’5g of baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 310g of white flour
  • 110g of coconut flour
  • 2 large spoons of rum
  • 1 medium apple

Preparation:

  1. In one bowl, mix together baking powder, flour and coconut.
  2. In another bowl mix together eggs, brown sugar and vanilla sugar. Add melted butter, yogurt, orange juice and orange peel and mix it into a smooth mixture.
  3. Pour the ingredients from second bowl into a first bowl, add the grated apple and rum and mix it well.
  4. Fill the baking tray for 12 muffins and bake for 25 minutes at 180 º C.

Ingredients:

4 eggs
150g of butter
200g of white flour
100g of white sugar
1-2 large spoons of milk
1 baking powder
1 vanilla sugar
125g of black chocolate
250g of ground hazelnuts
  • 4 eggs
  • 150g of butter
  • 200g of white flour
  • 100g of white sugar
  • 1-2 large spoons of milk
  • 1 baking powder
  • 1 vanilla sugar
  • 125g of black chocolate
  • 250g of ground hazelnuts

Directions:

  1. In one pot mix together white flour and baking powder.
  2. In another pot mix whipped eggs, butter, sugar and milk into a smooth mixture.
  3. Shake all together in one pot, add the ground hazelnuts, chocolate chips and gently mix it.
  4. Put the mixture in baking tray for muffin’s and bake muffin’s for 15 minutes at 225 º C.

Muffins with pineapple and chocolate

especially good when they are hot…

Ingredients:

  • 10dag of butter
  • 8dag of vanilla sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 spoons of  pineapple (from compote)
  • 4 plate of chocolate
  • 1’5dcl of  plain yogurt
  • 15dag whole-wheat flour
  • 10dag plain flour
  • 2 small spoons of baking powder
  • Pinch of salt

Directions:

  1. In first bowl mix butter until it gets foamy, sugar and eggs. Add yogurt, salt and mix it.
  2. In another bowl mix whole-wheat flour, plain flour and baking powder.
  3. Pour the ingredients from first bowl into a second bowl, add the pineapple chunks and chocolate and mix it well.
  4. Fill the backing tray for 12 muffins and bake for 25 minutes at 180ºC
