<h3>Ingredients ( for 2 medium size glasses ):</h3>
<p><em>Strawberries stuffing</em></p>
<ul>
<li>180 -200 g frozen strawberries (recommended wild strawberries; if you don&#8217;t have it, you can use any other wild berries – blueberries, blackberries, raspberries,&#8230; )</li>
<li>5 big full spoons of white sugar</li>
<li>1 ( 20g ) gelatine</li>
<li>10 leaves of mint ( fresh or dried )</li>
<li>1 small spoon of cinnamon</li>
<li>3 whole pins</li>
</ul>
<p><em>Cottage stuffing</em></p>
<ul>
<li>500g of smooth cottage</li>
<li>3 big and full spoons of cream fraiche<a href="http://www.cookiedessert.com/sweet-cottage-with-strawberries/dscn7505/" rel="attachment wp-att-1170"><img class="alignright size-medium wp-image-1170" title="sweet cottage with strawberries" src="http://www.cookiedessert.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/12/DSCN7505-225x300.jpg" alt="" width="225" height="300" /></a></li>
<li>4 big spoons of white sugar</li>
<li>1 big spoon of vanilla sugar</li>
<li>½ small spoon of vanilla extract</li>
</ul>
<h3>Directions</h3>
<ol>
<li>Thawed strawberries mix together with sugar, cinnamon, mint and pins. Heat it until you get gentle boiling.</li>
<li>Add gelatine ( find that kind of gelatin which can be immediately stir into a mixture ).</li>
<li>Mix it for about 2-3 minutes in a small fire. Remove from fire.</li>
<li>Mix together cottage, cream fraiche, sugar and extract well.</li>
<li>In glass give for about 5 big full spoons of cottage stuffing and then add about 6 – 7 big full spoons of strawberries stuffing.</li>
<li>Wait for approx. 20 minutes and then add cottage stuffing on top.</li>
<li>Cover all and place it into refrigerator for approx. 2 hours.</li>
<li>Decorate with cocoa before serving.<br />

<h3>Directions:</h3>

<li>Mix cottage cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, brown sugar and rum together in a bowl.</li>
<li>Than add apple and kiwis that you previously cut in small pieces. Mix all together well.</li>
<li>Grease baking tin with butter. Then cut about 1cm thick slice of butter and melt it.</li>
<li>Spread out the filo pastry sheet and put down two leaves to greased baking tin, coat it with melted butter and clad it with stuffing.</li>
<li>Finish with two leaves of filo pastry, which we coat with butter.</li>
<li>Bake 50 minutes at 180 º C.</li>

<li><span> Line a 9-in. x 5-in. x 3-in. loaf pan with waxed paper; set aside. In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Beat in egg and vanilla. Combine flour, baking powder and salt; gradually add to the creamed mixture. Divide the dough into thirds. Add almonds extract and food coloring to one portion; spread evenly into prepared pan. Add nuts to second portion; spread evenly over first layer. Add melted chocolate to third portion; spread over second layer. Cover with waxed paper; refrigerate overnight. Unwrap; cut loaf in half lengthwise. Cut each portion into 1/8-in. slices. Place 1 in. apart on ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 350 degrees F for 10-12 minutes or until edges are firm. Remove to wire racks to cool. </span></li>
