Cinnamon flakes

Ingredients:

  • 200 g of white flour
  • 100 g of ground hazelnuts
  • 200 g of white sugar
  • 50 g vanilla sugar
  • 1 small spoon of cinnamon powder
  • 300 g of butter
  • 5 large spoons of milk
  • 3 spoons of orange juice
  • ½ grated orange peel

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together into a dough.
  2. Place dough in the refrigerator and leave it to rest for 30 minutes.
  3. Place the baking paper in the baking tray and then the dough, which you roll out.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes at 200 º C.
  5. When the dough is baked, wait for it to cool. Then break it into random pieces.

Injection molded chocolate cookies

Good chocolate biscuits for any occasion.

Injection molded chocolate cookiesIngredients:

  • 500g of white flour
  • 1 baking powder
  • 250g of butter
  • 250 g vanilla sugar
  • 200g grated darke chocolate  (or chocolate to your taste)
  • 4 spoons of rum
  • 3-4 spoons of milk
  • ½ grated orange peel
  • 2-3 spoons of orange juice

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Place the baking paper into the baking tray.
  3. Put the dough in the machine for injection molding and create delicious cookies of different shapes.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes (depending on the size and shape of biscuits) at 180 º C.

Tiramisu

Delicious,juicy and quickly ready Tiramisu.

Ingredients:

mascarpone cream

750g maskarpone cheese
200g baby biscuits (bebe cookies)
4 egg yolks
2 whites of an eggs
100g white sugar
50g vanilla sugar
100g dark chocolate
½ orange peel
1 dl of Turkish coffee
4 spoons of rum
  • 750g maskarpone cheese
  • 200g baby biscuits (bebe cookies)
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 2 whites of an eggs
  • 100g white sugar
  • 50g vanilla sugar
  • 100g dark chocolate
  • ½ orange peel
  • 1 dl of Turkish coffee
  • 4 spoons of rum

Directions:

  1. Cook black coffee and add rum and sugar as you wish. Leave it to cool off a little.
  2. Whipped whites and add 1 spoon of sugar.bebe cookies
  3. Egg yolks and sugar mix to fairly yellow mixture, add mascarpone, whipped whites and grated orange pell.
  4. Quicly dip biscuits in coffee and level them on baking thin. Pour out on biscuits  ½  maskarpone cream and grated dark chocolate. Repeat fourth step once again with another half of biscuits, mascarpone cream and chocolate.

Biscuit Roulade

Make up your own delicious stuffing.

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 14 dag of sugar
  • 6 spoons of warm water
  • 15 dag of plain flour
  • A knife tip of  baking powder
  • 1 vanilla sugar

Directions:

  1. Mix together eggs and water ( approximately 1 minute), add sugar , vanilla sugar and mix it so long until you get smooth mixture.
  2. Then add flour with baking powder and mix it well.
  3. Into the low baking tin (that it is already in a oven), put baking paper, on which  you apply dough and level it.
  4. Bake it for 12 minutes at 200 °C.
  5. Return roast dough on kitchen cloth (spreading with sugar powder), so that the baking paper is on top. Remove it carefully.
  6. Roll up dough with the help of dishcloth in roulade.
  7. Leave it  to cool.Cooled off, carefully unscrew and spread with jam.
