Good chocolate biscuits for any occasion.
Ingredients:
- 500g of white flour
- 1 baking powder
- 250g of butter
- 250 g vanilla sugar
- 200g grated darke chocolate (or chocolate to your taste)
- 4 spoons of rum
- 3-4 spoons of milk
- ½ grated orange peel
- 2-3 spoons of orange juice
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Place the baking paper into the baking tray.
- Put the dough in the machine for injection molding and create delicious cookies of different shapes.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes (depending on the size and shape of biscuits) at 180 º C.
Delicious,juicy and quickly ready Tiramisu.
Ingredients:

750g maskarpone cheese
200g baby biscuits (bebe cookies)
4 egg yolks
2 whites of an eggs
100g white sugar
50g vanilla sugar
100g dark chocolate
½ orange peel
1 dl of Turkish coffee
4 spoons of rum

Directions:
- Cook black coffee and add rum and sugar as you wish. Leave it to cool off a little.
- Whipped whites and add 1 spoon of sugar.

- Egg yolks and sugar mix to fairly yellow mixture, add mascarpone, whipped whites and grated orange pell.
- Quicly dip biscuits in coffee and level them on baking thin. Pour out on biscuits ½ maskarpone cream and grated dark chocolate. Repeat fourth step once again with another half of biscuits, mascarpone cream and chocolate.

Ingredients:

- 4 eggs
- 14 dag of sugar
- 6 spoons of warm water
- 15 dag of plain flour
- A knife tip of baking powder
- 1 vanilla sugar
Directions:
- Mix together eggs and water ( approximately 1 minute), add sugar , vanilla sugar and mix it so long until you get smooth mixture.
- Then add flour with baking powder and mix it well.
- Into the low baking tin (that it is already in a oven), put baking paper, on which you apply dough and level it.
- Bake it for 12 minutes at 200 °C.
- Return roast dough on kitchen cloth (spreading with sugar powder), so that the baking paper is on top. Remove it carefully.
- Roll up dough with the help of dishcloth in roulade.
- Leave it to cool.Cooled off, carefully unscrew and spread with jam.
