Muffin delicious and juicy, perfect for any party
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of flour

- ½ cub of white granulated sugar
- 1 baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 big egg
- 70g of butter
- 1 big cub natural orange juice with 1 dcl water
- 125g black chocolate
- 1 big apple
- 5 dry dates
- 1 small spoon of cinnamon
- 2 big spoons of coconut flour
Directions:
- In one dish mix together white flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
- In another dish give together mixed egg, melted butter and fresh orange juice and after that mix together all ingredients in one dish including grate chocolate and apple,cinnamon, coconut flour and in small pieces cut dates.
- Cast mixture into a baking tin for muffins and bake it 15 minutes at 225 ⁰ C
This is a date filled cookie.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup ( or 205g ) shortening
- 1 cup ( or 200g ) white sugar
- 1 cup ( or 220g ) packed brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 4 cups ( or 500g ) all – purpose flour
- 1 / 2 teaspoon ( or 3g ) salt
- 1 teaspoon ( or 5ml ) vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ( or 5g ) baking soda
- 2 1 / 2 cups ( or 445g ) dates, pitted and chopped
- 1 / 2 cup ( or 100g ) white sugar
- 1 cup ( or 235ml ) water
- 1 cup ( or 115g ) chopped walnuts
Directions:
- Blend together shortening, 1 cup white sugar, and brown sugar. Add eggs, vanilla, flour, salt, and soda. Mix well, and set dough aside.
- To Make Filling: In a saucepan, combine dates, sugar, water and nuts. Cook over medium heat until thick. Cool filling. If necessary, add water until mixture can be spread easily on the dough.
- Divide dough into 4 parts. Roll out each piece on a floured surface to 1/2 inch thick. Spread with cooled, not cold filling. Roll up jelly-roll style. Close ends and place rolls on cookie sheets. Refrigerate until cold.
- Slice chilled rolls, and bake at 400 degrees F ( 205 degrees C ) for 10 minutes.
These cookies are mixed, wrapped in wax paper, chilled, sliced and then baked. My mother made these and now I make them for my family.
